Maternal Health Nursing Lab

The Maternal Health Nursing Lab is a specialized training facility designed to equip nursing students with the skills and expertise required to care for women during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. This cutting-edge lab emphasizes hands-on learning, preparing students to support maternal health and ensure the wellbeing of both mother and newborn.

Outfitted with advanced birthing simulators, maternal mannequins, and essential obstetric equipment, the lab allows students to practice critical procedures such as antenatal assessments, labor and delivery management, postpartum care, and handling obstetric emergencies. Realistic simulations create a safe and immersive environment where students can develop clinical proficiency and confidence in providing holistic, patient-centered care.
