GMN College of Nursing organized a Sahaj Yoga Session. The session aimed to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being among the students through the practice of yoga and meditation.Both B.Sc. Nursing and GNM students actively participated in this program. The yoga experts introduced students to the techniques of Sahaj Yoga, focusing on relaxation, stress management, and inner peace. The session also highlighted the importance of yoga in maintaining a balanced lifestyle and its role in nursing practice for better patient care and self-care. The program was highly interactive, and students practiced various meditation techniques with enthusiasm. The faculty members also encouraged students to incorporate yoga into their daily routine for holistic health benefits.
